First post, and it's about the blog itself.

Three sections under one roof.

Tutorials will hold the written companions to the long-form videos that are about to start landing on the YouTube channel — rundowns, mixing and finishing, synthesis fundamentals, production & arrangement, and whatever else ends up worth documenting properly.

Journal is for the workbench stuff that doesn't naturally fit into a video — trade-show notes, development updates, occasional experiments, and the rare rant when something deserves one.

And Press is where we'll collect what other people have written or said about us. There's already one piece in there — Ben at DivKid was kind enough to do a 20 Questions feature with us — and more will follow as new things make their way into the world.

A few roadblocks

It wasn't entirely smooth getting here.

Two relatively small problems — a stubborn bug in the page editor and an aggressively unfashionable shade of purple appearing where it absolutely shouldn't have been — somehow escalated into rebuilding and upgrading the entire website.

Which, in hindsight, was probably overdue anyway.

What's coming

The videos.

That's the real work, and they're nearly ready.

As they go live, you'll find written companions in Tutorials to go alongside them. Journal will get busier once I recover from rewriting the website, again. Press will gradually fill out as people write about new releases and projects.
